I received my training from the Institute of Trichology Studies in Dallas, Texas. I graduated in July 2023 with a certification as a Hair Loss Practitioner.
Why do I have to do a hair loss and scalp analysis before receiving treatment services?
A hair loss and scalp analysis allow me to make recommendations specific to your condition. It also ensures that you do not receive services that may be harmful to you.
How are the treatment options beneficial?
The Spa Day, and Spa Day Deluxe, treatment options include products and tools that create an ideal scalp environment to promote hair growth or slow the progression of certain conditions.
What is a Proscope?
A Proscope is a microscope that allows me to see things the naked eye can't see. It aids in identifying certain hair loss and scalp conditions.
What is microneedling (or derma rolling) and does it hurt?
Microneedling, or derma rolling, is used on the scalp for expedited hair growth and hair loss recovery. It stimulates your hair follicles to promote hair growth. Typically, it does not hurt, but everyone's experience is different and I will be checking in with you during the process.
Is a style included with these services?
No - scalp treatments, or scalp care, focus solely on the condition of the scalp or treating a potential problem. Clients who would like a style thereafter must include it in their appointment request.
